ÅngströmBond® AB9037 Flexible, Thixotropic, Blue Fluorescent Plastic Bonding Adhesive/Urethane, UV & Heat Cure (3cc Syringe)

The ÅngströmBond^® AB9037 Plastic Bonding Adhesive is a flexible, acrylated urethane, thixotropic, chip encapsulant and optical adhesive. It fluoresces blue under black light. This UV/visible light + heat cure material can completely cure in seconds with UV(ultraviolet). Available in a 3cc epoxy syringe.

Additional Features:

• Offers resistance to moisture and thermal cycling.
• Excellent adhesion to FR4, Kapton, Glass and PC boards
• Well suited for chip on board, chip on flex, multi-chip modules and glob top applications.

• Viscosity @ 25°C: 55,000 cPs
• Shore D Hardness: 40
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 31°C (degree celsius); Tg: 87.8°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE): Below Tg: 126 ppm/°C; Above Tg: 171 ppm/°C;
• Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to 150°C (degree celsius); -67°F to 302°F (degree Fahrenheit)

Handling Characteristics:

• UV Cure Time: 10 W/cm² - 1-3 seconds @320-450nm UV/Visible; 10 W/cm² - 1-3 seconds @385nm LED
• Heat cure shadowed areas after exposure to UV light: 110°C – 1 hour 120°C – 30 minutes 150°C – 15 minutes
