ÅngströmBond^® AB9047 Optical Adhesive, UV Cure (3cc Syringe)

The ÅngströmBond® AB9047 Optical Adhesive is a fast UV curing adhesive designed for optic applications where low shrinkage, low stress and high bond strength are required. It can be used in high humidity and thermal cycling environments. Available in a 3cc adhesive manual syringe.

Additional Features:

• Wavelength-independent and will cure with any UV bulb.
• Low viscosity adhesive
• Bonds well to polycarbonate, ABS, glass and a wide variety of other substrates

• Viscosity @ 25°C: 2,500 cPs
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 10°C (degree celsius); Tg: 50°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Shore D Hardness: 76
• Cure Shrinkage: > 1.0%
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
  • Below Tg: 123 ppm/°C
  • Above Tg: 165 ppm/°C
• Operating Temperature Range: -60°C to 120°C; -76°F to 737.6°F
• Refractive index: 1.531 @ 589nm

Handling Characteristics:

• Cure Schedule: 150-300 mW/cm²-1-100 sec. @ 300-420nm
