ÅngströmBond® AB9093 Rigid, Low Viscosity Adhesive, UV Cure (3cc Syringe)

The ÅngströmBond^® AB9093 is a semi-rigid, low viscosity, optical adhesive designed for low stress bonding of optical components. Available in a 3cc epoxy syringe.

Additional Features:

• High strength bonding to glass, ceramic, metals and most plastics.
• 100% solids acrylate
• Excellent for moisture protection and temperature cycling applications

• Viscosity @ 25°C: 150 cPs
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 115°C (degree celsius); Tg: 239°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Shore D Hardness: 60
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE): 60 ppm/°C
• Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to 125°C; -67°F to 257°F
• Refractive index: 1.56
• Optical transmission: 400-2000nm, 10um, >98%

Handling Characteristics:

• Cure Schedule: 100-300 mW/cm² - 5-30 sec- . @320-390nm
