ÅngströmBond® AB9098 Optical Adhesive, UV Cure (3cc Syringe)

The ÅngströmBond^® 9098 Optically Adhesive is a clear, yellow resistant, UV cure adhesive designed for bonding glass, ceramics, metals and most plastics. This low shrinkage optical adhesive offers a high Tg without the need for a heat post cure. Available in a 3cc epoxy syringe.

Additional Features:

• Withstands 85/85 testing (damp heat testing or temperature humidity testing)
• Excellent for high-temperature and temperature cycling applications.

• Viscosity @ 25°C: 500 cPs
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 115°C (degree celsius); Tg: 239°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Shore D Hardness: 70
• Cure Shrinkage: < 0.3%
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE): Below Tg: 98 ppm/°C; Above Tg: 224 ppm/°C;
• Operating Temperature Range: -20°C to 150°C; -4°F to 302°F
• Refractive index cured: 1.50

Handling Characteristics:

• Cure Schedule: 150-300 mW/cm² - 5-15 sec. @320-480nm
