The ÅngströmBond® 9310 is a clear, spectrally transparent, low viscosity epoxy designed for applications requiring continuous high-temperature exposure. This two-part system develops high-strength bonds to metal, glass, ceramic, and most plastics. Once fully cured, it produces a high glass transition temperature and offers excellent resistance to chemicals and harsh environments.

  • Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 125°C (degree celsius); Tg: 257°F (degree Fahrenheit)
  • Shore D Hardness: 87
  • Operating Temperature Range: -60°C to 265°C; -76°F to 509°F
  • Refractive index: 1.548 @ 589nm
  • Spectral Transmission: > 95% @ 400 to 1500 nm

Handling Characteristics:

  • Working time @ 25°C – 5 days
  • Cure Schedule: 30 minutes @ 135°C + 30 minutes @ 170°C
