Dispensing Machine Solutions…. A Constant Challenge

When asked for solutions for dispensing machines that would allow for up to 16 programmable memory slots and 5 different dispensing modes (Purge, Teach, Timed, Time+, Cycle), the search was on. In addition to those challenges we uncovered that many of our customers using digital dispensing machines also faced the need for immediate and fast reaction for de-pressurization….a constant challenge.

We found the Fisnar DC100 MAX Digital Dispensing Machine featuring consistent dispense results are maintained that may have been affected by a fluctuation in fluid viscosity or a reduction in the syringe fluid level.

It was possible to program 16 programs to be saved. Lockable programs allowed our operator to use the DC100 without mistakenly modifying programs. We used an I/O connection to allow integration into a preexisting manufacturing line. The digital programming allowed setting the level of suck-back and measure any level of fluctuation in pressure while dispensing.

For those who are working with dispensing machines, the features of this DC100 will be of interest:

  • 16 programmable memory slots
  • 5 dispense operation modes (Purge, Teach, Timed, Time+, Cycle) and sequence function
  • Multilingual display (English, French, Spanish, German, and Chinese Mandarin)
  • Digital display (time, pressure, vacuum)
  • Dispense cycle and time counter, and limit alarm
  • Pressure and vacuum alarm
  • Total machine time usage and cycle monitor
  • Internal pressure and vacuum calibration function

Whether your application is microdot deposits and precise beads, to potting and encapsulation, the sequence function enables the dispense time to be changed at pre-set time intervals or shots throughout the process.
