FITEL S326 cleaver maintenance procedures. Tools needed FITEL S326 cleaver, cotton swabs, 1.5-millimeter hex wrench, and 9% isopropyl alcohol. Open cleaver by depressing the lever until the lid pops up. Dampen a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol and clean the upper and lower clamping pads, pusher, pusher stem, pinch roller, free roller and LA gear. Blade rotation procedure. Remove waste bend from unit, locate blade set screw, loose and set screw with a 1.5-millimeter hex wrench. Rotate blades next position counterclockwise using a cute tip, do not use your fingers. Tighten the screw with a 1.5-millimeter hex wrench. Install waistband and unit.
