Place the V2 in a stable and easy-to-operate position, loosen the clamp bracket and remove the duct clamp. Loosen the belt clamping lever and open the belt drive. Place the cable guide that matches your cable if it's larger than 9.5 mm do not use a guide. The spring-loaded cable positioner and place the cable into the V2. Tighten the two belts to position the cable, mount the cable seal on the fiber cable must fit tight. Place the bottom part of the duct clamp and position the cable seal. Insert two cleaning plugs, place the duct into the duct clamp and tighten with the clamp bracket. Attach the air hose from the compressor, start the compressor, add air and wait until the cleaning plugs come out the other end.

Disassemble the duct clamp and pour a few milliliters of Jetting micro ductlube into the duct. Insert two cleaning plugs reassemble and add air, wait until the cleaning plugs come out. If needed the V2 can be connected to the JetLogger for electronic process documentation. Open the cover and connect the cable to the jet logger socket on the V2. Power on the battery and start the tablet. Enter the project specifications into the JetLogger adjust the air regulator to achieve maximum pushing force, then deactivate the emergency stop by turning it counterclockwise. Switch on the electronic counter and press the reset button before starting. Push the joystick forward to start cable installation speed and direction are now easily controlled by the joystick. Start without air and gradually add it step-by-step as the speed decreases. The fiber cable is now being installed into the duct.

Maintenance: always keep your V2 clean check the oil on the machine every day. Refill only with Jetting pneumatic Oil 32 if the string seals in the duct compartment are worn, replace them with new ones. If the machine is not in use for a few days the motors must always be lubricated. Refer to the instructions in the V2 manual.
