The Dymax 5000-EC Series UV Epoxy Curing Flood Lamps provide moderate to high-intensity UV light curing over a 5" x 5" epoxy curing area. Curing times of 5 to 30 seconds are typical for light-curable adhesives. This flood lamp can be used as a bench-top curing system or integrated into automated assembly processes.
This UV light-curing flood lamp can be enhanced with additional shielding and/or shutters, making it versatile for use as either a turnkey bench-top system or a component in automated assembly processes. The lamps can be fitted with bulbs that produce primarily shortwave UV, longwave UV, or visible light, depending on application needs.
