EPO-TEK® 323LP High Temperature Epoxy, Heat Cure (8oz)

EPO-TEK® 323LP Epoxy is a two component, high temperature epoxy designed for semiconductor, hybrid, fiber optic, optical and medical applications. It is a longer pot life alternative of the EPO-TEK 353ND. 8 oz kit.

Features:

• Pot Life: 24 hours
• It has an amber color change upon cure
• Recommended Cure: 150°C / 1 Hour

• Viscosity (23°C): 3,500 - 5,000 cPs
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: ≥ 100°C (degree Celsius); ≥ 212°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Shore D Hardness: 88
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
  • Below Tg: 51 x 10^-6 in/in°C
  • Above Tg: 185 x 10^-6 in/in°C
• Suggested Operating Temperature: < 300 °C (Intermittent); < 572°F

  • ≥ 94% @ 820-1,620 nm
