The Jetting V3 NE Fiber Blowing Machine is a robust, pneumatic-operated tool designed for installing single fiber optic cables and relining multiple micro ducts. It handles cable diameters from 4 to 40 mm (0.16 to 1.57 inches) and duct sizes from 10 to 63 mm (0.39 to 2.48 inches). Constructed with anodized aluminum, this machine is both lightweight and durable, making it an ideal solution for heavy-duty fieldwork. The innovative joystick controller, coupled with agile motors, provides precise and optimal installation control, while its gentle operation ensures cable integrity.
The machine includes an electronic counter for speed and distance, and its real-time display monitors speed, distance, and duct pressure. With a maximum speed of 50 m/min (165 ft/min) and a pushing force of up to 1800 N (404.7 lbs), it offers exceptional performance. A quick-release valve for duct air and an optional sub-ducting kit allow for the simultaneous installation of multiple micro ducts, enhancing versatility.
