Schleuniger US-2545 Jacket Stripping Machine

The US 2545 is a high performance, pneumatically operated bench top cable and wire stripping machine as well as a jacket stripping machine for fiber optic cable. Its stripping capabilities and absolute positional repeatability, simple cable presentation and automatic sensor activation of the stripping process make for the easiest possible operation and extremely short cycle times. When cable makes contact with the sensor, the cable clamping and centering jaws close. The stripping blades cut the insulation to the preselected depth (conductor-diameter setting or inner diameter of the jacket) and partially strip the insulation (it is not possible to take insulation off completely) to a preselected length (strip length setting).
