The Seikoh Giken Silicon Dioxide Final Polish Lapping Film maintains the shape of the ferrule and enhances return loss and surface quality. Final Polish Films use silicon dioxide abrasive material to polish the ceramic ferrule and glass fiber at nearly the same rate. Additionally, this lapping film ensures stable fiber height over the lifespan of the film for both 2.5mm and 1.25mm polishing processes
