The ÅngströmBond® AB9266 is a no-solvents added, flexible epoxy designed for casting and potting applications. It can be room temperature cured with a fast gel time so that components can be handled quickly.

Product Change Notification:
As part of our product change notification requirements, Fiber Optic Center is to notify our customers of any changes in our product packaging. Fiber Optic Center is making the following improvement to the bi-pack material sleeve packaging of AB9266-2.5G. At Fiber Optic Center, we believe this change can ensure an even higher level of product quality and consistency, which is good news for our industry.
1. Burst pouch / Burst seal instead of dividing clip seal – The burst seal bi-pack is more environmentally friendly, since there is no plastic dividing clip. Additionally, the two parts of the burst seal are separated by a seal, so there is no chance for the material to migrate and mix. In rare cases when the dividing clip was not fastened properly, it allowed the resin and hardener to leak under the clip, which prematurely started the epoxy’s pot life. Please note that although there is a change in the bi-pack sleeve, the following remains unchanged:
